Ordinance Protects Undocumented Immigrants From Unfair Deportation « CBS Chicago
Given that ALL illegal aliens are here in violation of federal law, and accordingly, are deportable, how is it even possible for an illegal alien to be "unfairly" detained or deported? And, how does this not usurp federal authority?
Oh, that's right -- under Obama's backdoor amnesty they must first commit a violent crime. Until then, they're off-limits. That's like saying while burglars are guilty of illegally entering a home, unless they also pistol-whip the homeowner, or commit rape or murder, it would be "unfair" for them to be arrested or detained. The insanity continues.
