But exactly why do you suppose he did it? When the citizens of the USA are facing so many difficulties, high joblessness? In spite of promising jobs for the American people, all Obama can think to do is create some kind of new work permit for foreign citizens who break the laws to come here?

Why is he so hell-bent on their needs but not the needs of the people of this country? Why is he unwilling to enforce the federal laws of this country and encouraging foreign citizens to break them?

Simple. He is pandering for the Hispanic vote. He has pretty much lost everyone else except the die-hard Democrats.

You didn't really address the question. What is a bunch of state legislators going to do about it? I mean, legally, what do you think their authority is here? This is just a bunch of hot air.
