Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) is on a 20-city tour to keep pressure up on President Obama and Congress to deal with the rising number of deportations and the failure to enact immigration reform

Why is this guy still in office?

Gutierrez said in Boston Obama may have trouble with the Hispanic vote in 2012 if he does not deliver on promises for an immigration overhaul

Laughable, isn’t it? They will either vote for Obama, or they won’t vote. Either way, who cares? They certainly won’t vote for a Republican, so why the idle threats. Obama will get their votes by promising amnesty during his second term, and they’ll buy it hook, line, and sinker.
