The Pima County jury convicted Forde on eight counts, including two counts of murder for the shooting deaths of Raul Flores and his daughter, Brisenia, and the attempted murder of the child's mother, Gina Gonzales, at the family's rural Arivaca home on May 30, 2009.
There really is NO defense or reasoning behind her actions and yes she and her cohorts should get the Death penalty, which is still not enough punishment.
BTW killing people ,especially children in this matter is beyond reprehensible regardless of legal status.

No one in here will defend a murderer but nice try anyway. Why does the ethnicity of the father and the daughter have to be mentioned? What difference does it make who they are? Murder is murder. They weren't murdered because of their ethnicity. The father was murdered because he was a drug dealer and they were after his money. The wife and daughter got shot because they were eye witnesses.
