That's the Hypocrisy of the Mexican Government, what is odd was that the pro -Illegals here didn't complain or protest when all those Central and South American Illegals were slaughtered in Mexico.
What about the hundreds of thousands who are not excelling in school, talented or responsible?
Yes - that's the great bulk of them, over half of Mexican girls in the USA have at least one baby before they reach age 20, most unmarried of course, and the drop out rate is very high, gang affiliation is high, but all they ever manage to find for these tear-jerk stories are some brilliant ones who think they're too good to pick lettuce and do those low-wage jobs Americans don't want to do.
The new illegal wants the good high-paying jobs and of course the free financial aid for the top universities. They believe they are entitled to have everything Americans themselves can't have.

In fact, even if they did become those things, aren't there legal students here that could and would do the same? What makes an illegal immigrant student so much more of a prized worker than the legal U.S. resident? Won't some of these people that the President grants amnesty just for completing two years of military service or higher education end up in poverty? Isn't it just a cold fact that all of those people will not give more to the treasury than they are taking out? So, then, why are these politicians so stuck on this point of how they somehow all will grow up and be great scientists that will contribute to our country? Once again, don't we have our own hundreds of thousand that are working to do that?...snipped...

At least lower tuition in some states that allow them to pay in-state tuition, subsidized by the taxpayer. Mind boggling.

The anchor babies get it of course - because they have their nice US birth certificates but not all students who show up here illegally can apply for financial aid - not in all states.
Of course nothing stops these illegal students from applying to come as legal foreign students. They could easily enough obtain foreign student visas but they actually believe that the crimes of their parents and their own crimes of fraud entitles them to more than law abiding foreign students.

Our laws are pretty clear. If you're going to enforce our laws, you are going to arrest and deport criminal aliens (aks undocumented workers). Not sue states that attempt to enforce laws that are being ignored under Obama's watch.

Seems too many people don't realize, it's the responsility of the 'illegal' alien parent to come into this country 'legally'. It is 'they' and not the government that puts their offspring in possible deportation threats.
If they brake the law and they are not even citizens yet, how can you expect them to be law abiding citizens if allowed to stay. They are not respecting 'our' laws.

What about the finite resourses we have and how much of these resourses are being used on illegals? What about the fact that these resourses would better serve our own people??????
To me it was disturbing that Obama named legal students who come over here in one sentence with kids of criminals who than can get their criminal parents to stay here some years later.
