Hyundai operates a plant in Kaesong North Korea where cars are assembled and sent south by train for shipment to the US as having been built in South Korea. Is this helping the Communist Government in the North stay in power?

It was the Bush Administration that negotiated the trade pact that allows Hyundai (and Ford) to ship parts north for assembly at Hyundais plant in Kaesong, North Korea and then train the finished cars back to South Korea for shipment to the US

If that's true it would not surprise me. Whatever happened to leadership in this country would have The Founders stringing up folks right and left for days.
