I saw a Telluride on the road for the first time yesterday afternoon. I have to say, it's not bad looking at all. I would most definitely look at one if I was in the market for that sort of vehicle.

I have seen several Tellurides, but I don’t believe I’ve seen a Palisade yet.

It's a KIA and is disposable so it wont hurt Honda sales that much. A Honda will run forever.

Hyundai/Kia’s V6’s have been pretty good in recent years. Their four bangers, not so much.

I was checking out the Hyundai Forum today and they had a member who got a new engine and new turbocharger on his 2013 Santa FE with 148,000 miles on it after the engine blew while they were on vacation.
They sent them out in a free rental and called them in 3 weeks to get the Santa FE when it was done.

I wonder if Honda or Toyota would do this for anyone.

Kia is rated higher in reliability than Honda

Infotainment stuff maybe... but what’s under the hood, I doubt it. There’s a reason you don’t see many Hyundai/Kia’s with over 200k miles on the original engine.

EXACTLY!

First thing my wife said! We stopped at the stealership to look at them. I got out and gave it a once over. She refused to move out of our car. I really like the Telluride and the price, but first stop would be a body shop to get rid of those chrome letters on the front hood.
