Sun morning 20Aug - invest 98L becomes TS Emily in the Atlantic far out at sea between Africa and Caribbean.

As of 11aEDT Winds 50mph(85km/h), moving WNW 10mph(17km/h), pressure 1001mb.

It's plowing into a ton of dry/dust filled air (SAL) and wind shear ahead. This will be a short lived system far out at sea.

How long is the dust going to be a situation out in the Atlantic?

Mon 5aEDT/AST Winds 40mph(65km/h), moving WNW 12mph(19km/h), pressure 1004mb. Weaker. Much weaker....it's just a swirl of clouds. Unless something fires up they'll call it.
