Where would a parking lot on 22nd be located? On the other side of the railroad tracks is the Huntington Physical Therapy/HIT location and the indoor practice facility.

At the HIT location. I think eventually Marshall will own everything from 3rd to 6th Avenue between 15th and 25th Streets.

Just like with Marshall building around Hal Greer near the hospital, my dream is Marshall having some type of presence in the west end to give it a boost. There is tons of land and could really boost a struggling economy in that area.

I don’t really want to see Marshall decentralize by building in the West end. That would have been a nice area for Amazon to have located. But instead they built a big-box type location up on the mtn at Kinetic Park

I agree but most campuses nationwide have a central campus and then other buildings that are around the area. Marshall is already starting to do that with a presence downtown. I don’t think it would happen but it would be nice.

Perhaps it wouldn't be a bad location if RCBI needed to expand operations or something similar.
