Heights area, very loosely defined, from about I-10 on the south, 610 on the north, Shepherd/Durham on the West. On the East, including Norhill, Woodland Heights, more or less Houston Ave then N. Main. These are somewhat fuzzy boundaries and not exact.

Hiiiiiiiiiiissssssssssss! j/k Sorry - I couldn't help myself. I'm originally from NYC and am a Yankees fan.

I don't really know much about rentals in the area you are looking for but we've found our lease houses through HAR with great success.

Good luck with your move and congratulations on your new baby!

I also agree that HAR.com is a good place to look for houses for lease.

If you lived close to the River Oaks shopping center you could walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The rents would be high for homes but I did a search on HAR and there are a few.
