Wow am I frustrated. I called in a report to the Houston Animal Control about 4 hours ago regarding a pitbull on the loose in our neighborhood. Now he is just camped out in front of my place of business. He is aggressive and won't go away.

Well, I called Animal control again and told them nobody came out and that someone could get hurt or killed by this dog.

They said someone will be out there...sometime today. I told her that if the dog becomes aggressive any more, a bullet would be put in his head.

She proceeded to tell me that whoever did that would be brought up on criminal charges of animal cruelty!!!!

Well, for the love of GOD, what if a child gets killed out here. More and more and more incompetence from a goverment agency. Unbelievable!!!!!

Where are you located. I can take a minute to help out. I got no problem taking care of rogue dogs. I have a good rope, on a stick, like the dog catcher uses.---Better still call the Police, and explain your problem. they get paid to take care of dangerous situations.

I'd shoot it without a second thought. Irresponsible owners of aggressive dogs are a pain. I'd let him take me to court.

2:46pm...no sign of police. This is turning out to be a good experiment and lesson. Can't rely on anyone else but yourself.
