I don't plan on buying right now. I will be straight out of school and paying down student loans. YIKES!!! *hyperventilating* Ok, so as I was saying, we plan on using the next two years to save up for the downpayment on our next home. As much as I would love to buy in this buyer's market, my next home will be pretty large and will require a pretty large downpayment. Long story made short, I will rent and avoid the property tax, decreasing home value, low probability of quick resale, and repairs costs. Trying to find the silver lining. :-)

Weekly is about right if you want to have a nice looking lawn and not be frowned upon by your neighbors for an unkept lawn. They look bad if you try and go every other week -grass just grows too fast here.
