I am considering riverstone - Creekstone Village .. for people living there, what is their experience for the school district. They also have another new section - Stonebrook but seems to be zoned to another school district, any feedback are welcomed.

I would also appreciate people's feedback who bought inventory homes there for the past few months. how do they compare Newmark homes vs Perry homes. Perry seems to be more expensive but have more footage

A friend of ours moved there in May. They bought an inventory home too. Perry is who they went with. Newmark's parent company filed ch.11. So it maybe harder to get things fixed. My friend Said Perry has been very helpful fixing or correcting issues. I can't say anything about the schools because they just started there. But the school all are pretty good. Even with a good inventory home. Get a GOOD inspector that will use infrared camera to find issues.

Newmark is fine, it was bought by local mgmt. Now called Newmark Houston. GREAT people.

Perry is a big box builder. Can't knock their strategy though...it works.
