Yeah and people get plowed up there all the time because you can't see around the trees. You held your life in your hands at those 4-way stops.

Sarcasm aside, even high income areas have crime. Bored teenagers, rich or poor, are notorious for damaging private property. I'd think a place like the Woodlands, with higher diposable income levels and increased access to recreational drugs - not to mention fewer possible casual witnesses, would be a hotbed of car thefts or wanton auto destruction. But, it's not. The parking lots are hidden. The teens are restless and coked up. It's a perfect recipe for mayhem.
