I know there are some good schools and some not so good schools in FBISD. When searching on HAR you can see the schools the home feeds into, but it is difficult when you do not know what schools to look for! Good schools are definately a top priority for us. Any help with schools that are good/bad would be really appreciated. I definately want to know which schools to steer clear of!

Thanks!

I believe the top 3 HS would be Clements, Dulles, and Elkins. Can't go wrong with either 3.

Along with Clements, Stephen F. Austin High School is rated "Recognized" by TEA. Dulles and Elkins are rated "Academically Acceptable."

Three good sources of info:

Texas Education Agency

Avoid Hightower and Bush if possible. It's not so much the school staff, but the clientele.
