WoW what great weather we're having for christmas!

People up north might be jealous that we have warm weather while they're buried in snow but i'd rather have a White Christmas than a dark ugly wet christmas like we have in this great city known as Houston

You can always get the canned stuff, cover your windows and lock yerself inside. Not like you were going jogging anyway.

Trust me, most of my friends and family are not so happy having a "white Christmas" up north. It's impossible getting anywhere, and most of the northeast is now just a frigid, rainy, icy MESS. I love this weather, and the next few days are gonna be sunny and GORGEOUS while my family is here...arriving tonight! I know they will be impressed

Same with our friends in Seattle. First, snow immobilized the city (especially since they have a silly "no salt" policy that caused major problems). And now they are under a flood watch as warmer weather and rain are melting all the snow. I think about now they would be happy with Houston's "boring" winter weather.

I LOVE a warm Christmas - if you are from Houston - it feels like Christmas to be warm so it doesn't take away from the Christmas spirit at all for me.

This weather has been miserable. When was the last time we seen the sun? Seems like weeks. Everything is always wet.

Then again, my Mom who is back east said her car has an inch thick of ice on it and has been unable to get the door open for 2 days now. People are snowed in with a layer of ice under the snow.

I guess our warm wet has to be better. Rain is better then Mother Nature puking on us any day.

Typical Houston weather, hot and humid. I hate it when it's this hot at Christmas. A little cool weather would have been nice.

This was not a typical Houston Christmas to me. Typical would be what it is forecast to be this weekend--crisp and breezy and clear. Highs in the mid 60s and lows in the upper 40's. This nonsense misty/rainy B.S. and cloud cover we've had for the past week has been driving me MAD!!!!!!!! I hate it.
