How does everyone feel about these....those that know?
I went there today b/c a friend told me they are under new mgmt and trying to make some good changes. I saw them on apt ratings and some good and some bad...mostly all had a coca roach story but after bombing they were fine...from what I hear that's pretty standard here with the coca roaches? I saw a townhome that was really nice. Anybody have any input on these places or know of anything nice and large updated with a balcony for 750 or less that accept pets?

I used to work right by there and that area has a lot of crime and I would not suggest going there.

My wife and I lived there for a lease term.

It had loud partiers, my Montero was broken into and all that. But it wasn't dangerous...this is Houston after all. Richmond Ave and Gessner area isn't exactly white fence suburbia.

There are areas in San Diego that we lived in that are quite more ghetto than the Westchase area when considering us working middle-class types. I like the Westchase area...and yes I'm aware of the girl who got shot nearby at the gas station on Westheimer. Don't get gas at night in the city.

My issue with the Aberdeen was how they IGNORED all requests to change what was obviously a very old and dusty carpet!
