I am interested in buying a townhome in this subdivison. It's in the vicinity of W. Little York and Barker Cypress area.
Anyone have any insight in reference to building contruction of these townhomes (cheap or well built) Built in 2002-2005? (I believe Meritage Builder's built them. I know they built the homes in the subdivision so I'm pretty sure the townhomes were built by them as well) How can I find out about this particular builder and there reputation especially in this subdivision.
The townhomes are attached so I am wondering if they are well insulated so it's not easy to hear in the home beside you? What about the neighborhood? Is it safe? Alot of noise? Also what is insurance going for on a townhome? Is it considered Condo insurance or Homeowners insurance? I'm Single, late 20's, no children, prefer a quite neighborhood in this area of town. I've seen the prices from $100,000-$75,000. I'm really not looking to spend more than that. (FIRST TIME HOME BUYER)
Any help is appreciated.

LOL.......Thanks Visitor2007 but I'm not buying a townhome anymore. I posted that last year and didn't buy anything. I'm looking into a home now in Cypress.
But if someone wants to give Visitor insight please do.
