I am moving my family (wife and 2 small kids) to Houston and I will be working close to the Galleria area, what communities should I look at? I want a kid friendly area, safe w/good schools, and a commute under 35mins. I have looked at Sienna Plantation, but I would prefer something further north of Houston(maybe have a real tree or two ) I would like to keep the house price below 220K. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You may wish to check out the "HP Corridor" area. A lovely area with excellent schools, big trees and great demographics.

Longwood, Coles Crossing, Stable Gate, Rock Creek, Lakewood Crossing, Lakewood Forest, Tuscany, Lakewood Oaks Estates, Lakewood Glen, Lakewood Glen Trails, Northlake Forest, Villaggio, Gettysburg, Hunter's Valley, Hidden Falls, Village Creek, Stillwater Village, Park Forest, Secret Forest, Park at Arbordale, Treeline, etc.
