I will second what AK said. Anything south of West Airport is OK.

The stuff directly behind and around the mill site is pretty old and "eccentric". Nice, but older and kind of small.

Sugar Mill is slightly newer and very middle class, but not quite as nice (or expensive) as other areas in Sugar Land.

The lakes area (between the mill and Sugar Mill and heading southeast towards Williams Trace) is very nice, with varying price ranges and ages. (Venetian Lakes was the first planned subdivision in Sugar Land, I think)

Telfair (where I live) touches on the very south side of Highway 90 near the mill and is very new and very expensive.

Then there are all kinds of subdivisions the further west you go on 90.

The mill site is going to be really nice when it's done and they are making some serious progress with the demolition lately, but it's a very long way away.

Imperial is planned to be a slight step above its neighbor Telfair. Johnson Development is same developer as Riverstone.

Will be high end and exclusive.

I'll take a Newland(Cinco, Telfair, Fall Creek, and Summerwood) over a Johnson development anyday.

This is a 'high end' outer 'satellite suburban' development, so you all think this will drop 20-25% in property values too???
