How is the Jewish community in Bellaire? Is it populated or are they in other areas?

And for that matter what does the future hold for Bellaire?

Thanks all,

The Jewish community is located south of Bellaire in the Meyerland area.

Bellaire is pretty much ground zero for Houston's jewish community.

Meyerland, Maplewood N & S, Willow Meadows, Westwood, and Post Oak Manor are closer to Jewish temples or schools. There may be more but I can't think of one in Bellaire.

The Houston Jewish community is fairly homogenized throughout central Houston with the exception of Meyerland, where the community is more concentrated. If you are concerned about bigotry, you will find that those concerns are unfounded.

Thanks for replying.

I would like to know if Jewish pepole live there, not where the synoguges and schools are.

Is there Jews LIVING in Bellaire even if they are unafilliated?

Thanks again.

Well, excuse me for trying to be helpful. I guess they are still alive and well, too. Perhaps some of us can't confirm this answers but you can go knock on their doors in Bellaire and ask if they are Jewish.
