I'm building a home in a new section of Longwood that will have AT&T fiber. Anyone have it? Care to review?

I have it and it has been great. Much better than Comcast or DSL based U-Verse.

Do they enforce data cap limits like U-Verse is now doing?

Piggybacking on this thread- does anyone else have other fiber options? We are near BW8 and I10 West and I don't see any options currently. I have UVerse but it doesn't look like they do anything above 45Mbs

Gigapower has no caps. Also no caps on the other packages if you have Directv or Uverse tv.

At&t just set up the wires for it here about 2 months ago. I'm thinking about switching from comcast myself. Comcast went up again just recently. I do get outstanding download speeds, people don't believe me when I say get over 100 maps.

I attached a screen shot.

100Mbs is not uncommon. Their top tier to most residence are 250Mbs...They have gigabit but from what others have stated on dsl reports, they rarely actually install it after they do a "survey" of the property.

I keep hoping someone will roll out fiber. I feel Comcast service is good, but the pricing is higher than it should be. However, no one else can match their speed except for fiber...

I have AT&T Fiber (Gigabit) and I love it. It's blazing fast and there are no caps that I'm aware of. I download a lot of movies to my NAS and stream all over the house and have never had any issues or complaints from them. I downloaded over 500GB for a few months in a row and my speeds were never throttled.
