I'm thinking of selling my home in Copperfield sometime between April-August.
What is the market looking like right now?

House is little over 2000sqft, all brick, lots of recent updates, new paint throughout, new AC in '05, large yard with shade trees, within 3 minutes walking distance of neighborhood pool and park, bike path one street over. etc. Thinking of listing for right around $150,000.

Based on the little bit of info you gave, 1 home sold in the market area of copperfield in the last year, for 146,500., there is one for sale at 129,900 . Both are in the Cypress falls subdivision and match the general description of your home.
You should call a realtor to your home to give you an approximate price range your home may sell for.

We paid in the high 140's for this one almost a year ago, and have done at least $10,000 in upgrades. The neighborhood is, in my opinion, a lot nicer than Cypress Falls.

I'll call an agent though, thanks

Neighborhood does make a difference. I just did a quick search on the copperfield market area since you did not name your neighborhhood.
It also makes a difference if there is new building going on in your neighborhood.
Good luck!

You should have your realtor pull a CMA report to see where you stand and then again in April or August.
