I tried Walgreen's and CVS with no luck. They only print on glossy paper.

Is there any place which do it on matte paper in Energy Corridor?

They don't do it because their machines are designed for glossy paper, and the photos would look crappy on non-gloss paper. Maybe you can find someone you know with a home color printer. I always see people doing that, with sketchy results.

you need a print shop, I'm sure they can scan and print on card stock

Costco member? Costco photo centers offer glossy or lustre, a soft matte finish. No Costco in the Energy Corridor though, nearest locations in Katy or Spring Branch.

I believe you can order matte from Walgreens online. But they can only do glossy in the store.

There are tons of online places you can order from. I ordered prints of our wedding photos on matte paper from Shutterfly to hang on the wall.
