Apparently Eco Park can fill up over the busiest travel times according to understandably frustrated posters on this forum. That's good to know. Make reservations if you are traveling during one of those times and are worried. Personally we've never made reservations or been turned away. For Thanksgiving we flew out the Saturday before and got a spot although the lot was already crowded. This week the lot is wide open, DH returned last night from DC.

Any place can fill up during busy times. Parking lots, hotels, flights, you name it. It should come as no surprise.

My criteria is who has the most shuttles to take you back to your car. The Parking Spot is the best I've found if you don't want to stand around forever waiting to get back to your car.
