You really need a good router which I have. I get around 800 constantly. I would probably get around 900-1000 if my firewall was off. See attached pic :-)

Is official, enTouch can't provide consistent and quality gigabit service. Few weeks ago the speed dropped to 150down/20up and they had to send a technician to my house to determine that nothing was wrong with the hardware. The provisioning was messed up and a simple phone call and a configuration change fixed it.

NOW I have a similar issue 900down/just 10up. enTouch can't het their provisioning right. I already spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to get through various level of IDIOTIC support. Nobody knows what the F they're doing there.

Just got off the phone with them after 70 minutes. Again was a provisioning issue, they had to re-fresh the settings. Why can't the setting stay as they are?

And NEVER MIND my speed is back to 900down and 20up after spending 70 minutes with them today and having it fixed. This provider is an absolute JOKE

Satellite internet humbled me.

We're just happy to have Netflix and functioning email again.

Nothing wrong for him expecting to get what he paid for.

If you paid $100/month for internet and you got $30/month worth of bandwidth, you wouldn't be happy either.

I also have the entouch fiber 1gb service. I signed up in the summer where they had a special where it was $49/mo with a 12mo contract. I'm consistently getting 600-800down. And only 10-20up. Keep in mind that these speeds are wired. Wireless is dependent on many other things (your device, router, etc..)

As far as issues, I've had the service going on 4 months now and havent had any issues with them. There were only two times I had to call a technician where the construction workers next door accidentally cut the line both times. Other than that, I've been very happy with their service.
