I only had them for Internet and Voice and never had a problem in the 2.5 years that we had them.

Very Fast Internet
Very Bad customer service
Decent TV

10 dollars for modem, you can buy your own
10 dollars for HD fee in 2015 (the president should sign an Executive Order banning this since it's 2015)

Me neither. I've had the Comcast triple play (cable, phone and internet) for 8 years and have been very satisfied.

Comcast has the worst customer service and customer relations of any large company in America. That is not an exaggeration. They really do.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go with either Uverse if you want your TV service over a wire, or with Dish if you want it via satellite. Either way, you will be better off than going with Comcast.

I have Comcast for internet only, no TV as we have an antenna and stream shows. The speed and price is fine but every so often their service trips up and gets extremely slow. I've called about it and they keep telling me I need to rent a modem from them. (I bought one in '13 that is fully capable even today.)

So whenever it trips up, I do a MAC address spoof on the router to force the service to give me a new IP address. Then it runs full blast again. This seems to happen every 6 months. Comcast claims it is my problem and they don't know what is going on. But we can just keep complaining and get the lowest new customer price every month. Use the Speedtest app for the computer and phone whenever you are in doubt and save your results in case anyone questions you.

Unfortunately Comcast customer service and support are both horrible.

We've used Comcast for years with very few problems. We used to have the bundle (phone/internet/cable) but this spring DH moved us to ooma (phone) and sling (television) while we still use Comcast for internet service.

Over the summer a Comcast service person cut our line while servicing our next door neighbor's. DH said Comcast came right away and repaired it, no charge. He commented how good the customer service experience was in light of widespread complaints about Comcast.

Comcast internet has been better for me compared to ATT. Both in terms of performance and customer service.

I experienced some unethical billing issues with ATT.

We have used Comcast for over a decade. TV only for awhile, and then a few years ago added the Internet.

Customer service has been good for us, as they helped me set up my own modem. Last year we upgraded to the X1 platform. Lately we have been having issues with the DVR locking up, and the remote not communicating with the box. Generally I have no complaints with them.

I had AT&T for the Internet a while ago... customer service was horrid. got rid of them for a small private DSL provider, which was great. Had to go to Comcast when both my wife and I were working at home for a time. Internet speed has been good.

Stay away from Voice if you get Internet to. If you upload files a good amount voice takes most of your upload my upload should be about 1.2mbps to 1.4mbps with voice I am only getting like 175kbps to 225kbps
