We have lived in Summerwood for almost 2 years and we love it. We chose it over Eagle Springs because of the shorter commute and have not regretted the decision. It is very kid friendly and has a nice mix of families of all ages. The pools are nice and the splash pad has just been enlarged and is very cool. We love the two lakes and walk our dog around them almost daily.

We have a strong crime watch community and don't feel that the neighborhood has anymore crime than any other in the area. It is a bit inconvenient for shopping and eating out but that is changing as new development comes into the area. Having the HeB right in the development is fantastic.
