Exactly. There is a downside to that affordability. I'm glad someone had the hindsight to put in that access cut (actually, three, I believe) over on the 288/518 NE corner at that strip center there in Silverlake.

Really. Who puts that parking lot in with no way to get out but either at 518 (bad idea) or go out the backside to...Hughes Ranch Rd?

IIRC, there are not any feeders in that area. Welcome to the rest of the United States where the freeways aren't all lined with feeders. Pearland has some small roads.
