As I am googling, here is one nice looking solution. Although not very cheap.

Hmmm. I've lived in mostly 1960's homes with hardwoods up on skreeds. I've never had any issues with squeaks. Now upstairs I have with the old wood subfloors. The present home I'm in creaked and squeaked constantly. We pulled up the carpet screwed, and I think some of the worst squeaks got glue, then we nailed down hardwoods over it. Not a peep since.

Downstairs: you have to drill a hole into the plank, or remove the plank, and fill it with glue resine
Upstairs: remove the plank and have the floor re-glued or re-screwed, depending on how bad the separation is.
