She only asked them for $18K for the possessions and they said no.

She needs to lawyer up and go after much more.

Bank could have gotten off for $18k and instead turned her down? I'm sure that bank president will be looking for a new job soon.

I would like to see her win so much money that the bank goes broke, I know that would never happen but one can dream. Laws are setup to protect banks at all cost while the little people get screwed.
