OR have any tips on finding what out what is going in there?

I'm not sure if it is in the same spot, but I heard at a housing seminar recently that about 90 acres near Aliana off 1464 was being turned into apartments...huge complex...like 1200 units. So that will make a lot of people mad near that area.

I find a 1,200 unit multifamily complex very hard to believe. Anything over 400 units is quite rare anymore.

And how is a developer attempting to serve the housing needs of renters "uncaring" about the "single family people"? So the kids, to the extent there are any in the apartments, will go to the same schools as the single family kids. Is that a big deal?
