Downtown is booming right now. The central location is nice. Also, young professionals want to live close to the center of the city. I have lots of unhappy friends about the new Exxon campus. Lots of times the higher ups in the company get to decide where to live. If they live in the burbs they are going to push to have their work there too. It is good to be on top

agreed. i love the design of their current buildings but it would be nice to have something different to spice it up a little. so long as they dont turn it into a boring box. hopefully it ends up being closer to the 60 story estimates..
