Anyone know what shops are planned for the Shops at Cardiff Ranch off 1463/Cardiff Ranch blvd?

I'm interested in knowing what retail is proposed for our neighborhood

Those stores are actually reserved for the Commons at Cardiff which is the other retail plaza being added to the new North entrance of Cardiff off of Corbett rd.. I'm asking about the Shops at Cardiff at the west entrance next to the new Preschool.

It will probably be the same stuff. Strip centers usually get the same type of stuff.

I doubt they would have duplicate stores at both locations...that simply makes no sense. The community is tiny and the two retail outlets are close to each other.

Hopefully, CLA can chime in on this soon .

I recently saw that the drive-thru will be a Wendy's.

awe man, has anyone figured out where on 1463 they are going to put the apartment complex ?
you know they are, a wally-world on the corner, a Micky Ds and now a wendy's ?
heck, all we need now is a popeyes chicken and a metro bus stop
