Hi,

I bought my house several years ago after it was moved onto a new lot and remodeled. I have recently tried to sell it, but the buyer's title company found a storm water easement under my house and their lender will now not lend the money.

I have made a claim with my title company and after a year of trying to figure out the value now to determine how much they need to pay out (Price I paid minus present day value), I have received restitution.

I still want to sell the house. Any advice to go forward? Will the city give the easement back to me or buy my house? (given they permitted the building)
