Hey,

We love Cross Creek Ranch area, and look for to buy a new house over there soon.
I recently find out that Highland Home builder is added to Cross Creek Ranch website.
Does anyone who live in CCR community know when that builder will be available?
Thanks a lot..........

They will start their model within the next two months. They are still accepting bids on the construction of the model home.

The sales office is there in the new 55' section, in a temp office trailer.

Default Village Builders

Can anyone provide feedback about Village Builders? We found a lot we like, but are uncertain about them as we don't know what they are like to work with. How to they compare to the other builders in Cross Creek Ranch? We are relocating, so we don't know much about the builders there. All I know is that I like Cross Creek Ranches landscape & amenities.
Thanks!

Default Cross Creek vs South west Cincho Ranch

Can anyone advice me.. I am planning to buy a house by Trendmakers in Cross Creek. The other option is to buy a custom home close to intersection of Katy Gaston and Cincho Ranch Blvd.
One of the broker feels that the custom home though has a 60 ft easement has a CVS behind the easement and it is considered as a commercial.

Anyone who can help me to decide ... help will be greatly appreciated?

Thanks
Kumar

Lots too small, high hoa, outrageous taxes, houses stacked right next to each other. Sounds like a great place to live..

j/k.. good luck. CCR is a nice place and there are some great builders there.

Default CC over commercial any day :)

Did you look at Village Builders in Cross Creek Ranch? The new "Creek Cove" section is very nice!

I'd stay away from the lot with CVS behind it. You will get broken into without a doubt....just my opinion.
