Ok, so where's the best 4th of July celebrations in Houston.
I want to find a good one for little kids.

The "Star Spangled Salute" with the Houston Symphony at Miller Outdoor is my personal favorite. In fact, I believe a children's chorus is in the lineup this year. The live cannon shoot during the 1812 Overture at the end is riveting, and there is perhaps nothing quite as moving as hearing our national anthem played by our orchestra during the fireworks presentation. I highly recommend it.

Wha? No fireworks that early. Kids need to see stuff blow up on Independence Day!
