How, we are moving to Spring for relocation.
How safe is Spring area. One realtor told us, if you purchase home around 100K, it may not be safe . So try to purchase over 200K. we are little bit confused.
We are targetting these subdivision in spring such as 1) Timber Ridge, 2) Timber Lakes, 3) Imperial Oaks, 4) Gleneagles etc.
How are these areas to purchase a home. Local advice will be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Green

I've been around those areas and as far as I know they are very safe.
They are "almost The Woodlands"
The bad thing is the traffic on Rayford Rd. (check it out on google traffic during rush hour)

The farther west and north you go the better. The sweet spot is between kuykendahl and cutten, north of 1960 and even more so north of cypress creek. Homes in the area have a wide range of prices but generally most can be considered "safe".

I live off 2920 and kuykendahl and its safe around here. Homes range from 130s and hit over a million.

What's your budget?

I think your realtor is referring to.east side spring, aldine westfield and hardy area. Its just less attractive, but still safe.

I'm familiar, if you can give a price range I cwn help. I can suggest if you want better schools then klein isd or conroe will be better. Spring isd has been on a decline.

Klein is west of 45, conroe is northeast of 45.

From Cypresswood to 2920 you can't go wrong.
Kuykendahl to 249 you can't go wrong.

Unless it's an apartment complex. The only ones that I can think of that are kind of eh are near Klein High. Those off Oakwood Glen and the ones like right across the street from it.
