I was curious if anyone had any info regarding
Discovery at Spring Trails (
Westin Homes ) and
Falls at Imperial Oaks (
David Weekley ).
We love Westin-Homes designs – not so pricey like Darling Homes designs – but their BBB ranking is not looking well at all.
David Weekley is another option, but the home designs are not appealing.

If I had to choose between the two, I would choose The Falls. The homes seem to be moving well, and there are great ammenities already built. Discovery in Spring Trails seems to be at a stand still...not many homes are selling there, so it may be a long wait for neighbors and ammenities. Another option is Spring Trails, which has some great Weekley and Darling options at good prices!
