It is just to the west of the outlet mall. The SH99 project at 290 is the only current project in the area of the outlet mall according to the project list.

There is already an exit for the mall when heading northwest.
Heading southeast, you exit and do a u-turn.

Found this map on the www.my290.com website. It shows the section of 290 with the Hwy 99 interchange just past the outlet malls.
