I am looking for Casual Slacks, Cargo type pants and Khaki's are that are at least 20" on the Bell Bottoms. Where can I get them?

Which mall should I try first? Any retail store that is worth the visit?

Is Galleria the biggest mall with clothing selections?

You can't. Boot cuts are, by universal law, limited to jeans. And so it should be. Otherwise, get a sewing machine, but I forewarn you, you'll be laughed out of town.

You can get bootcut khakis at places like j crew or banana republic, but I don't know if they meet your 20" requirement. It should be easy enough to find cargo pants that meet that dimension, since cargo pants are usually baggy.
