That would be a great idea, but houston seems to havea war on vendors, hell look at how they are trying their damnest to shut down the food trucks

I just don't see how this is really any vastly different than the existing Buffalo Bayou Master Improvement plan that's been talked about for the last 10 years?

And i'm with 14Bricks, Discovery Green was already declared to be Houston's version of central park.

Like it was earlier said, discovery green was suppose to be Houstons millennium park instead of its central park.
