Hyatt Regency in the "pit". Right inside the door. Cheap (relatively) drinks and good gnosh. Oh, and hot professional women.

Second the recommendation for the Flying Saucer. I think Bombay Pizzeria has a good happy hour too ($5 individual pizzas last time I was there).

They have pretty decent food there as well. Or are you referring to cocktails/wine?

That restaurant by Discovery Green (I forget the name) has a nice bar area for happy hours.
