Let me just say that is one sweet window unit. Home value just shot up. Glad to see everyone else enjoy poking the radiator fins

And let me say this. They do something most men can do when it comes to the inside install. All they do is hook up basic wires and still call COMCAST HELP DESK to activate everything. Yet charge us for installation.

One of my friends had a Comcast guy ask to use the guest bathroom and when there was no tp or tissue, he didn't ask for it, he used the bathmat.

Comcast is dead to me after that.

Comcast should legally change their name to Comcrap.

And ALWAYS check your bill. I had the surprise of finding a PPV movie for $5.99 on my bill.

YES! Always check your bill. 6 years after having service with them with my own cable modem, I start getting billed for renting a cable modem.

W***? T**? F***?

I really wish RCN would come to Houston. They were quite pleasant to deal with in Chicago. Quality and price were good, too. It pains me to have to give Comcast my business.

Comcast Xfinity now charges $10 for every cable box & internet modem this could be a reason why your bill is so high. I recomond motorola speedstream 5100 modem send back the modem you got from comcast & save $10 after 5 to 6 months you paid for this modem

Comcast has lousy service with even worse customer service. I changed to AT&T for internet service and to Dish Network for Television programming and couldn't be happier.
