I'm not winning anything. 1/2 an acre. 100-200 depending on the amounts of rain during the summer. Winter I can get down to 85.

I've never had water my lawn here. Stays green all year. Although this year has been rather dry.

My water/sewage bill is usually around $55/month.
I have been thinking about getting a sprinkler system installed.
How much more extra can I expect to pay on average?
