Offer and charge for "staging?" I've heard that's huge for homes that lack appealing decor. I guess what I'm saying is expand the services you can offer to a seller.

Apartment locator. I have a friend who's one. It's a good income source but you have to work to set it up.

Aside from the traditional forms, you can use your real estate knowledge to invest in properties, help stage homes, go into appraising properties, do BPO's for banks, work for someone else as a licensed assistant, etc. There are many things you can do, you just have to expand your horizon.
