old brick house on property NO ROOF (how much, vinyl, windows)

Hello there,
I looked at a possible home to purchase today in Apple Valley CA. On the 5 Acre lot there is a very old (likely the original home) all concrete block house but it has no roof or frame for a roof and all the windows are out. Does anyone have any idea what it would cost to build a pitched roof and put windows (3) back in? I'm thinking it would make a great work shop or cold storage for my canning and root vegetables. I'm guessing it is 650 - 700 sq feet.

Pitch of roof
gable ends, or hip
length of ridge
how much eve, and soffit.

Want stick built, or truss?
Want attic area, or finishable space?
What kind of roof- metal, composite asphalt, shake, slate?

What kind of windows?
Wood, vinyl, aluminum?
Single hung, double, casement, awning, Yada, yada, yada...
