these are great suggestions---spoke to the landlord---stated I NEED TO GO AROUND OUTSIDE AND SEE WHERE THEY R GETTING IN----even though i am partially disabled and cannot walk well---he has open crawl spaces underneath both porches-----
all my food is in bags now---none of the pest companies here will come out without the permission of the landlord------
so WHAT DO YOU FOLKS THINK OF A WRITTEN LETTER TO THE LANDLORD STATING ALL MY MEASURES--REQUESTING HIM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND/OR THREATENING TO GO TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH?
i have been a good tenant/reliable---did not have mice issues for past 7 months til we got new neigbors in apt next door!
mice HATE the brillow pad texture and if you put that in holes they will just leave and not try to get through, that's what I would do, and then set out "Have a Heart" mouse traps to catch them alive and release them into the woods somewhere
