Definitely do it the safer way, but I accidentally found that the plasti-dip on a set of needle-nose pliers completely insulated me from low voltage power. I had to put my fingers on the terminal to get a shock.

Due to rain... my doorbell is ringing... automatically... and also if we touch it... it will give a shock treatment... how to solve this... pls anyone give any idea... i am ready to do that...

It's very low voltage - you wouldn't know it as it's D/C and at most 12volts...
One terminal of this button is wired to a terminal on a transformer. A doorbell transformer steps down the 120 or 240-volt AC electrical power to a lower voltage, typically 10 to 20 volts.
