I can add the Buffalo-Niagara Regions: affordable housing in the great location. When the foreclosure property appears, it sells like a hot cake. In the great buyer's market every good deal is great long term investment. Buy now.

Hmm, and what exactly is so great about the location? Real estate is like anything else - you get what you pay for. There's a good reason for anything being "affordable"... I hear Gary, IN, is very affordable, too.
